The history of bread baking can be traced back at least four generations in our family, encompassing humble beginnings in a bakery in Stoke Newington, London in the late 19th century to a chain of high street shops in locations such as Pimlico, Victoria and Dulwich.
The tradition is carried on today by Thomas Morgan's great-grandson, Simon Jarman and his wife Peta, the owners of LOAF.
