Tucker Joinery was established in 1976 by Dave Tucker as a traditionally trained cabinet maker. Dave's time proven methods are still used today. The business has been built on honesty, integrity and trust.
Dave has now retired and the company is now run by his son Lee. Following in his fathers footsteps, Lee has built on the strengths and experiences of the past 40 years. Our values remain the same, with additional and services being offered. Tucker's offer traditionally crafted products and values in a modern, forward thinking business.
Tucker Joinery employs a small team of highly skilled and versatile craftsmen, each utilising their skills and experience whilst working as past of a team, allowing all work to be produced to be of the highest possible standard. Modern equipment and machinery are utilised to increase the efficiency of the process, all products being crafted from raw wood stock, machined to the exact measurements for each individual job.
All Tucker products are personally checked by Lee Tucker to ensure they are finished to the 'Tucker' standard before they leave the workshop.
We are also very lucky to have our own in-house spray shop and tool room. This means we can provide a variety of finishes to your work if required. Our tool room means that we are able to custom make tooling for your required product, for example skirting and architrave. Please see our mouldings page for more information on this.
